| Personal History | After college, John applied for Starfleet academy, but was rejected. Disheartened, he took a post aboard civilliain transport ship, hauling cargo and passengers across the galaxy. During one such cargo run, his parents were killed by a murderer while John was away. Barely home in time for the funeral, John decided to switch careers and join the police force. After several years on the police force, he got the opportunity to join Starfleet as a enlisted crewman, so het decided to take the chance |
