New klingon reporting for duty

The Bridge

L'ason got up to the bridge looking around at the different stations, as she was looking for captain Wells to report in for duty, he didn't seem to be at his chair so one of the other officers pointed her to the captains ready room. L'ason nodded and thanked them for pointing out where he was. She tied her hair up in one pony tail, and walked to his ready room and buzzed his chimes.

After hitting the chime a few times an NE Ensign stopped and replied, "If you are looking for the Captain, I believe he is in his quarters, Ma'am."

L'ason looked at The Ensign with a stern look.” Ok, Well I am your new Chief Security--Lt Vurdug I just wanted to report into the captain.” L'ason said to the Ensign. L'ason looked at the Ensign, “I don't want to bother the Captain if he is in his quarters, can you do me a favor send him a message to let him know I was reporting for duty.” The young klingon said to the Ensign as she was about to go to the Tactical station and scan the ship inside, then do a space wide check of the systems abroad to get herself recognize of the duties as both Security & Tactical.

The NE Ensign replied, "You will not bother him--for whatever reason, the Captain seems to conduct a lot of his business in his quarters. He does not seem to be fond of the ready room. Don't ask me why--I am just an Ensign. Oh, and welcome board, sir."

The Female klingon grunted a bit,”I won't bother him either I will stay on the bridge at my other station Tactical, and wait for him, or Bother him later in my Security Office.” L'ason said to the Ensign in a stern look. She Then walked away after the Ensign said welcome aboard and walked over to Tactical to get a feel on what her duties are, before heading for her security office.

A few minutes a later this guy with jeans and a t-shirt that read, "I am the Captain" came onto the bridge. He was looking for something....

"Where do I put that stupid pad" he asked himself.

L'ason looked over and walked up to him."Greetings Capt, I'm Ltjg L'ason Vurdug your new chief Security-Tactical officer." L'ason said with a klingon Grin.

The Captain stooped what he was doing and responded:

Welcome to the ship. I think you will find that I allow my department heads a lot of leeway, just make sure that you keep everyone squared away, please" said Wells.

Then going back to what he was doing he again said,

"Where is that dang pad?"

L'ason, Laughed like klingon," you should put your pad where you know you will always find it sir." L'ason said with a grin before she went to her duty station.
